Ms.E.R.Priyadharshini, HR & Trainer, National Institute of Personnel Management, Erode was the resource person organize the session “Intensive Introduction to Career Development Areas”. She provides valuable insights and knowledge specific to the elective courses. It helps the students to understand the curriculum, set academic goals and make informed decisions about their academic path as well as career paths. The orientation programme made to familiarize students with available elective options , their curriculum and potential career path associated with each specialization.
